摘  要:用小花棘豆饲喂经苦马豆素人工抗原免疫接种过的家兔,通过检测家兔的血清学和免疫学指标,探讨苦马豆素人工抗原免疫接种对动物机体的保护作用。将30只家兔随机分为免疫对照组、免疫攻毒组、攻毒对照组和正常对照组,免疫组家兔接种苦马豆素人工抗原,攻毒组家兔按干重拌料饲喂10g/(kg.d)小花棘豆草粉,检测血清抗体效价、相关生化指标和苦马豆素含量的变化以及E-玫瑰花环率的变化。结果表明,免疫组家兔均有抗苦马豆素抗体产生,免疫攻毒组家兔较攻毒对照组家兔血清酶活性异常变化延缓,苦马豆素含量降低,E-玫瑰花环率升高。说明苦马豆素人工抗原能够有效预防小花棘豆对家兔造成的损伤,有一定的利用前景。The serological and immunological index was detected to evaluate the effects of rabbits immunized with artificial antigen for swainsonine by Oxytropis glabra DC poisoning. Thirty rabbits were divided into immune control group, immune and poisoning groups, poisoning control group and normal control group, rabbits in the immune groups were vaccinated with artificial antigen for swainsonine; rabbits in the poisoning groups were fed with 10 g/(kg · d) powder of Oxyttopis glabra DC each day. The changes of serum antibody titer, biochemical indicator, swainsonine concentation and E-rosette rate were tested. The results revealed that the sera from rabbits vacci- nated with artificial antigen for swainsonine were detected antibody against swainsonine,abnormal change of sera form rabbits in immune and poisoning groups were delayed, the concentation of swainsonine was deseented, rate of E-rosette was raised compared with poisoning control. Those results in this experiment indicated that artificial antigen for swainsonine could prevent rabbits from Oxytropis glabra DC injuring, showing an ideal value of application.
