摘  要:为有效张拉和锚固环向纤维布,提出一种新型的锚固系统———自锁式锚具,该锚具由锚头、螺栓、螺母和高强纤维布组成,可以根据需要组合成单层纤维布或双层纤维布的张拉锚固装置。自锁式锚具可分为锚头固定式和锚头活动式两种,试验研究表明:锚头固定式锚具不使用黏结胶,适用于对混凝土墩柱进行快速加固,可以对环向碳纤维条带施加20%左右的预应力;锚头活动式锚具工艺简单,可以对环向碳纤维条带施加超过30%的环向预应力,更适用于实际工程。基于试验结果,给出了锚具尺寸和纤维布长度的计算方法,提出了通过扭力扳手对环向纤维布施加和控制预应力的方法,建立了扭矩与环向纤维布中预应力的换算式,并验证了该式的可靠性;分析了环向纤维布张拉过程中锚具的受力机理,理论分析和试验结果表明自锁式锚具具有良好的可靠性和实用性。A new anchorage system-self-locking anchor(SLA) was proposed which can be used to tension and anchor lateral fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) sheets.SLA mainly consists of two anchor heads,bolts,nuts and FRP belts,and it can be devided into the fixed anchors and the movable anchors.According to the needs,it can combine into anchor system for single-layer or double-layer FRP belts.Based on the tests for the working performance of SLA,the fixed anchors without bond glue can provide 20% lateral pre-stressing for carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) belts and it is suitable for the fast strengthening of concrete columns;the movable anchors with simple technology can provide more than 30% lateral pre-stressing for CFRP belts and is more suitable for practical engineering.According to the test results,the calculating method of the size of anchor head and the length of FRP belts,the method of application and control of pre-stressing for lateral FRP belts by torque wrench and the conversion formula between the torque and the pre-stressing of lateral FRP belts were proposed,and the reliability of this conversion formula was also verified by the test results.Then the mechanism of SLA in the tension process of lateral FRP was analyzed,and the theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the SLA has good reliability and practicality.
