摘  要:以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,通过微波辐射法制备了海带接枝丙烯酸(AA)和丙稀酰胺(AM)高吸水树脂。讨论了单体配比、丙烯酸中和度、交联剂用量及引发剂用量、辐射时间等因素对吸水性能的影响,采用响应面分析法优化合成条件,并用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。研究结果表明:当海带用量35%,AM∶AA比例为20%,引发剂用量8.1%,交联剂用量0.052%,NaOH的中和度为79.3%,辐射时间45s时,制备的高吸水树脂的吸自来水倍率达176.62g/g。A super absorbent resin of kelp-acrylic acid/acrylamide graft copolymer was synthesized under microwave irradiation using N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as a crosslinking agent. The effects of the proportion of monomer, dose of crosslinking agent and initiator,and the microwave radiation time on the water-absorbent rate were investigated. Further, their significance was analyzed by response surface analysis and the product was characterized by comparing FTIR spectra. The results indicated that when the amount of kelp was 35%, ratio of acryamide/acrylic acid was 20%, the amount of initia- tor was 8.1%, crosslinker dosage was 0. 052%, neutralization degree was 79.3%, the microwave radiation time was 45 sec- onds, the highest tap water absorbency was 176.62g/g.
