摘  要:为了缩短沥青纤维不熔化时间,熔融纺制了纯沥青纤维(PF)和2%对苯二酚改性沥青纤维(HPF),对比了这两种纤维不熔化增重及对应碳纤维的拉伸强度,用热重分析(TG)和红外光谱(IR)表征了不熔化过程。结果显示,与PF相比,HPF在较低的恒温温度下和较短的恒温时间内就能够较佳不熔化,这表明对苯二酚对缩短沥青纤维的不熔化时间有明显的作用。In order to shorten the stabilization time of pitch fiber, coal-tar-based pitch fiber(PF)and the coal-tar- based pitch fiber modi? ed with 2wt~ hydroquinone(HPF)were prepared through melt spinning. The weight gain of these two fibers during the process of stabilization and the tensile strength of their corresponding carbon fibers were compared. Thermal gravity analysis(TG)and infrared spectrograph( IR) were taken to character the stabilization of these two fibers. The results showed that lower thermostatic temperature and less thermostatic time for HPF to get better stabilization tom- oared with PF,which indicated that hydroquinone had a significant effect on reducing the stabilization time.
