沉淀聚合法制备的高分子微球及其色谱性能

摘  要:以二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为功能单体,采用沉淀聚合法合成了聚(二乙烯基苯-co-甲基丙烯酸甲酯)[P(DVB-co-MMA)]微球。傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)表征表明交联剂与功能单体实现了共聚,扫描电子显微分析(SEM)显示微球表面无大孔结构,粒径统计分析表明制备的微球为粒径单分散。采用反相液相色谱模式考察了微球的色谱性能,结果显示固定相具有较高的柱效和良好的色谱性能。研究表明沉淀聚合法制备的高分子微球在高效液相色谱法(HPLC)固定相方面具有较好的应用前景。Poly(divinylbenzene-co-methyl methacrylate)[P(DVB-co^MMA)] microspheres were prepared by precip- itation polymerization with divinylbenzene as cross-linker and methyl methacrylate as functional monomer. The result based on FT-IR showed that functional monomer copolymerized with cross-linker during the precipitation polymerization process. The surface morphologies of the microspheres obtained from SEM indicated that the microspheres had no macroporous structure. The microspheres were monodisperese based on the diameter analysis. The chromatographic performance of the microspheres was evaluated by reverse&phase liquid chromatographic mode, and the results showed that the microspheres exhibited high column efficiency and excellent chromatographic performance. The research indicated that the microspheres showed great potency as packing of stationary phase used in high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).
