摘 要:采用溶剂热法制备了LiFePO4空心微球。通过X射线衍射、红外、扫描电子显微镜、恒电流充放电测试等方法对样品进行结构表征和电化学性能测试。结果表明当n(C6H8O7):n(Fe2+)=1.5∶1,丙三醇-水溶剂(V/V=1∶2)中180℃反应48h时可以得到纳米片自组装成的空心微米球。室温下以0.1C倍率恒流充放电,第2次放电比容量为102.7mAh.g-1,30次循环后放电容量衰减很少。LiFePO4 hollow microspheres were synthesized via solvothermal reaction. The crystal structure and charge-discharge performance of the prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transform in- frared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer, and galvanostatic charge-discharge tes- ting. The results showed that LiFePO4 hollow mierospheres self-assembled by nanosheets were prepared at 180℃ for 48h in glyeerol-H20 mixture solvents(volume ratio=1:2)when the molar ratio of C6 H807 and Fe2+ was 1.5 : 1. The prepared LiFePO4 cathode had discharge specific capacity of 102. 7mAh·g^-1 for the second cycle at 0.1C at room temperature,and it decreased little after 30 cycles.
