摘　　要：猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus,TGEV)是引起仔猪严重腹泻的一种动物冠状病毒.本文就TGEV的基因组结构、主要结构蛋白及功能、病毒繁殖与复制、病毒受体、病毒变异以及病毒致病机制等方面的国内外研究进展和现状进行综述.这些资料有助于理解TGEV的分子生物学特性、遗传与变异规律,对新型疫苗的研发及抗病毒药物的筛选具有重要的理论价值.Porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus（TGEV） is an animal coronavirus that causes severe gastroenteritis in young TGEV-seronegative pigs.This review will focus on recent advances in research of the genomic structure,major structural proteins and their function,virus propagation and replication,virus receptors,genetics and pathogenic mechanisms of TGEV.These data will be helpful in understanding the molecular biological characteristics and genetic variation of TGEV and have important theoretical significance for the development of new vaccines and antiviral drugs.
