摘　　要：全国科技信息系统的科技信息（情报）机构、职工、馆藏文献资料以及业务活动资金大部分聚集在华北和华东地区。随着经济和科学技术的发展以及社会对信息和情报需求的增长，这一资源配置将进一步完善和优化。配置中的各个参数是全国的宏观平均数据，可作为各部门（行业）和各地方优化自身资源配置的背景参考。Information organizations, employees, literatures and operation actevety fund for nationwide scientific ＆ technical information systems are enriched in North China and East China. along with the development of economy and science and technology as well as the growth of information needs in society, its allocation of resource would be more perfect and optimization. The parameters of resource allocation being nationwide macroscopic meaning datum, could be considered as the background reference to optimize trade and local resource allocation.
