摘  要:珠江新城J2-2地块项目周边环境复杂,地铁隧道、主干道等毗邻工地,基坑采用搅拌桩、双管旋喷桩、旋挖桩、预应力锚索、钢筋混凝土内支撑及放坡喷锚等支护方式,周边建筑对变形特别敏感,对基坑变形控制要求非常严格。根据工程的特殊情况,土方采用挖掘机打凿的方式开挖,对周围建筑物扰动控制到了最小。通过采用合理的施工组织和总体施工部署,顺利完成了基坑支护和土方开挖施工。Zhujiang Xincheng J2-2 plot is situated in a complex environment.It is next metro tunnel and main roads.The foundation excavation adopted support schemes including mixing pile,double-tube chemical churning pile,swivel-driven pile,prestressed anchor,internal reinforced concrete bracing and slope-making ejector anchor retaining technology.Because the surrounding buildings are sensitive to deformation,the foundation deformation has to be strictly controlled.Based on the special condition of the project,the rock soil was excavated by gunlock which minimized the disturbance to the adjacent buildings.By proper construction organization and construction management,the foundation support and rock soil excavation construction was finished successfully.
