摘　　要：从目前医院实际业务出发,以就诊模式大改革活动为契机,坚持"以病人为中心"作为服务理念,设计、开发、实现了放射、超声检查分时段预约,优化了医技检查流程。阐述了医技检查预约系统的设计和实现,介绍了系统设计结构、预约流程、系统的功能及优势。经过应用表明,该系统可以达到提高诊疗协同工作效率、提升医院整体形象和医疗服务品质的目的。According to the hospital business and ＂patient-centered＂ service concept, the paper designed, developed the exam appointment service for radiology and nltrasonnd department, and optimized medical exam workflow. This paper explained the design and implementation of medical exam appointment system, introduced the system structure, the appointment process, the fimction features and benefits. Its application showed that the system improved clinic collaborative work efficiency and enhanced the hospital medical service quality.
