中国疾病预防控制信息系统中编码系统的实现与管理

摘　　要：随着中国疾病预防控制信息系统应用系统的不断增长,编码系统也得到逐步完善和推广。编码维护从业务系统单独多层次维护编码向统一管理的编码工作模式转变,这样可大大减少和降低编码维护对业务应用系统带来的风险和损失,避免了很多编码重复维护和大量的编码冗余、不一致及出错概率。主要从编码管理系统的操作方式、用户分析和功能描述,公共编码维护的工作内容和机制及编码维护工作面临的问题和解决方法三个方面进行论述。Along with the continuous increase and improvenmnt of application system of China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention, coding systeln has also been improved and promoted gradually. Coding maintenance changes from operation system single multi-level maintenance coding to unified management coding work pattern, thus significantly reducing and decreasing the risks and losses brought by coding maintenance to application system and avoiding many coding repeated maintenance and lots of coding redundancy ＆ inconformity and error probability. In the paper, discussions are mainly conducted in the following three aspects： operational mode, customer analysis and functional description of coding managemnent system, work contents and mechanism of public coding maintenance, and coding maintenance problems and solutions.
