摘　　要：目的:改变传统方式,方便患者就医。方法:根据三甲精神卫生专科医院心理咨询实际情况,应用C#.NET、ASP.NET2.0和SQL Server 2000数据库等技术设计开发。结果:既方便快捷服务患者,又促进医院发展。结论:医院心理咨询网站的应用,促进了医院信息化的建设。Objective： To change the traditional mode, more convenient treatment. Methods： According to a mental health specialist hospital counseling practice, application of C .NET, ASP.NET2.0 and SQL Server 2000 database design and development. Results： Both convenient and quick service to patients, and to promote the development of hospital. Conclusions： Hospital psychological consultation website application, promote the construction of hospital infonnatization.
