摘 要:针对剪切式套管补偿器容易出现销钉提前剪断导致补偿失败的问题,设计了一种通过温控材料融化来控制补偿动作的新型充填式补偿器。优选了80℃熔化的低熔点合金作为温控材料,并对其进行了强度试验,在600kN的压力下不发生位移变形。现场应用表明:该补偿器在注汽和生产过程中能够有效地保护完井管柱,大幅降低了套损井的发生率。Abstract:Problem exists in the sheering casing compensator,caused by advancing breaking of the sheer pin, resulting in compensation failure. So a new filling-up casing compensator was devel oped,which is achieved by the melt of temperature-control material. The low melting point alloy melted at 80℃ was optimized as the temperature-control material,and a strength test have beenmade.
