摘  要:目的基于组分结构理论对不同厂家生产的银杏叶提取物中黄酮类活性成分进行分析比较。方法采用HPLC法同时测定银杏叶提取物中槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素3种黄酮类成分;利用F检验考察7个厂家银杏叶提取物黄酮类成分相互间的显著性差异程度。结果 7个厂家(A~G)生产的银杏叶提取物中槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素的质量分数差异较大,其中E厂家样品中槲皮素质量分数最高,平均为6.933 1%;D和G两厂家的样品中槲皮素质量分数分别只为E厂家的56.52%、54.88%;A、B、C、F 4个厂家样品中槲皮素质量分数分别是E厂家的71.50%、69.99%、67.87%、63.34%。C厂家样品中山柰酚质量分数最高,平均为5.367 0%;而D、G两厂家样品中山柰酚质量分数分别只有C厂家的66.51%、66.82%;A、B、E、F 4个厂家样品中山柰酚质量分数分别是C厂家的90.90%、87.03%、67.14%、77.05%。D厂家样品中异鼠李素质量分数最高,平均为1.526 9%,而C、E两厂家样品中异鼠李素只有D厂家的40.88%、51.04%;A、B、F、G 4个厂家的异鼠李素质量分数分别是D厂家的70.69%、92.49%、82.49%、80.82%。结论市场上银杏叶制剂疗效参差不齐,通过试验比较研究银杏叶提取物黄酮组分中有效成分的质量分数及其配比,发现存在显著性差异。Objective To compare the contents of the active flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) from different manufactories based on "component structure" theory. Methods The HPLC method was used to determine the contents of quercetin, kaempferol, and isorhamnetin in GBE. The significant differences of flavonoids in GBE from seven manufactories (A--G) were investigated by using F test investigation ingredients. Results The significant differences were found in the contents of quercitin, kaempferol, and isorhamnetin among these GBEs from the seven manufactories. The content of quercitin from the manufactory E was the highest, being 6.93%, whereas the contents of quercitin from the manufactories D and G were the lowest, being 56.52% and 54.88% of that in the manufactory E. In addition, the contents of quercitin from A--C, and F were 71.50%, 69.99%, 67.87%, and 63.34% of that in the manufactory E. The content of kaempferol from the manufactory C was the highest, being 5.367 0%. The contents of kaempferol fromthe manufactories D and G were 66.51% and 66.82% of that in the manufactory C. In addition, the contents of kaempferol from manufactories A, B, E, and F were 90.90%, 87.03%, 67.14%, and 77.05% of that in the manufactory C, respectively. The content of isorhamnetin from manufactory D was the highest, being 1.526 9%. The contents of isorhamnetin from manufactories C and E were 40.88% and 51.04%. The contents of isorhamnetin from manufactories A, B, F, and G were 70.69%, 92.49%, 82.49%, and 80.82% of that in the manufactory D, respectively. Conclusion The contents of flavonoids in GBEs from the different manufactories have the significant differences. The contents of market effective flavonoid component and content ratios of GBE exist the significant differences, causing that the curative effect of ginkgo preparations are different.
