摘　　要：企业物流日益上升到战略地位 ,而关于企业物流战略评价的模型与方法愈显重要。本文给出一个企业物流战略的评价框架 ,包括指标集与评价模式 ,它包含外部物流因素和相关的内部因素 ,是一个适合于动态系统的评价模型。本文着重讨论了如何用AHP的改进———ANP方法对一个包含外部因素的战略做动态的系统评价。Compared with the increasing statue of the logistics strategies in the enterprise,studies of models and methods on their evaluation are still less seen This paper is to setup a framework of the evaluation including a modeland a set of index existing inside and outside the enterprise with correlative and feeding-back relationships in the model Thus,it is a model suiting for a dynamic evaluating Emphases in put on the systematical evaluating with method of Analytic Network Process
