加强专业教员工程实践能力培养初探

摘　　要：部队信息化建设的大力发展,对满足信息化装备操作、保障、训练的复合型军事人才的素质提出了更高要求,加强专业教员的工程实践能力培养是加强教员队伍建设的基础,是提高军队院校教育教学质量的关键。通过分析专业教员的工程实践能力培养的必要性、目前存在的差距和新教育模式下应具备的素质要求,探讨加强专业教员工程实践能力的四点举措。With the rapid development of the military informatization, the teachers in military college should have compound knowleadge in the fields of handling, training and equipment support, but under the current situation they can not meet the requirements, so we must improve the en- gineering practice ability,which is the foundation on teacher team constructing and the key of improving quality of education and teaching in the military college. Analyzes the necessity,exis- tent difference and quaility requirement, and proposes four methods for improving engineering practice ability on engineering practice ability of professional teacher in the new educating mode.
