摘 要:通过对小鼠腹腔内注射一定剂量消痔灵注射液,探讨消痔灵注射液对动物腹腔内脏器粘连的影响,寻求腹腔内脏器粘连动物模型造模方法。将40只昆明小鼠随机分为对照组、低浓度组、中浓度组和高浓度组(每组10只),对照组小鼠腹腔内注射生理盐水,低浓度组、中浓度组和高浓度组分别注射不同浓度的消痔灵注射液。给药后常规饲养,7d后处死所有动物,观察腹腔内脏器粘连情况,以及粘连程度,并取粘连肠管组织做病理切片观察。结果显示,给药后7d,对照组小鼠腹腔内脏器无粘连出现,低浓度组、中浓度组和高浓度组小鼠腹腔内脏器均不同程度发生了粘连,粘连程度评分与对照组有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结果表明,消痔灵注射液动物腹腔内注射能导致腹腔内脏器粘连,随着用药剂量的增加,其粘连程度愈重。消痔灵注射液动物腹腔内注射能够制作动物腹腔内脏器粘连模型。To discuss the influence of Xiaozhiling injection on abdominal adhesion in animals by intraperito- neal injection of certain doses of Xiaozhiling injection,so as to find out a way to prepare abdominal viscera adhesion in mice models. Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group, low concentration group,middle concentration group and high concentration group, 10 mice for each group. For control group,physical saline was injected into the abdominal cavity. Xiaozhiling injection was given to the other three groups in different concentrations. All mice were given conventional breeding afterwards and killed 7 days later to observe visceral adhesion degree in the abdominal cavity. Adhesions intestinal tissues were taken for pathological section observation. The results showed that 7 days after administration of Xi- aozhiling,there was no visceral adhesion in control group; but visceral adhesion occurred in the other three groups at varying degrees, and the scores of adhesion were significantly different from those in control group( P 〈0.01). It is concluded that intraperitoneal injection of Xiaozhiling can lead to visceral adhesion in the ahdominal cavity,which increases with dose in severity. Xiaozhiling injection can be used to prepare animal models of abdominal viscera adhesion.
