直肠黏膜柱状结扎加直肠黏膜下注射治疗直肠脱垂58例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察直肠黏膜柱状结扎加直肠黏膜下注射治疗直肠脱垂的疗效，采用直肠黏膜柱状结扎加直肠黏膜下消痔灵注射治疗直肠脱垂58例，观察治疗后主要症状的改善情况。结果显示，总有效率为100％，无出血、感染、直肠阴道瘘等并发症和后遗症。随访1年，未见复发。结果表明，直肠黏膜柱状结扎加直肠黏膜下注射治疗直肠脱垂疗效可靠，具有操作简单、安全、痛苦小、恢复快等优点。In order to observe the clinical efficacy of rectal mucosa columnar ligation plus rectal submueosal injection for rectal prolapse, 58 cases were subjected to above therapy. The improvement of major symp- toms was observed after treatment. The results showed that total effective rate was 100% ,no bleeding,in- fection, rectovaginal fistula and other complications and sequelae occurred,and no recurrence was found af- ter 1-year follow-up. It is concluded that rectal mucosa columnar ligation plus rectal submucosal injection is of reliable effect for rectal prolapse and has the merits of simple manipulation,safety,less pain and rapid re- covery, et al.
