止痛如神汤口服配合保留灌肠治疗湿热夹瘀型慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察止痛如神汤口服配合保留灌肠治疗湿热夹瘀型慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，将62例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者分为两组，对照组30例采用柳氮磺吡啶口服配合甲硝唑、庆大霉素灌肠治疗，治疗组32例采用止痛如神汤口服配合保留灌肠治疗。结果显示，治疗组总有效率为96．9％，对照组总有效率为83．3％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，止痛如神汤口服配合保留灌肠治疗湿热夹瘀型慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Zhitong Rushen decoction by oral administration and retention enema for chronic ulcerative colitis due to dampness-heat mixed with blood stasis. Sixty-two cases with chronic ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups： control group （ n =30） and treat- ment group（ n =32）. Oral sulfasalazine was given to control group as well as metronidazole and gentamicin by enema. Zhitong Rushen decoction was given to treatment group orally and combined with retention ene- ma. The results showed that the total effective rate was 96.9 % and 83.3 % in treatment and control group respectively,and treatment group was superior to control group in clinical efficacy（ P 〈0.05）. It is conclu- ded that Zhitong Rushen decoction by oral administration and retention enema shows an obvious efficacy in treating chronic ulcerative colitis.
