摘　　要：目的:分析评价我院75岁及以上高血压住院患者抗高血压药的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:参照《中国高血压防治指南》,采用回顾性调查方法,对我院≥75岁高血压患者住院病历中患者情况、用药种类、疗效及药物不良反应进行统计,了解临床医生用药倾向并重点分析与"指南"不相符的用药情况。结果:我院患者常用抗高血压药共7类、36种,使用频次最高的是13受体拮抗药和钙拮抗药;单一用药控制血压不理想时采用联合用药;药物不良反应发生率较低。结论:我院临床医生根据患者情况,进行个体化给药,≥75岁高血压患者抗高血压药临床使用情况基本合理。Objective：To evaluate the hypertensive therapy for patients over 75 years old in our hospital to promote their efficacy of clinical treatment.Methods：According to the Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China issued in 2010,the retrospective study were applied to review their physical conditions,clinical therapy,outcomes and adverse reactions of over 75 years old hypertensive patients.The preference of physicians in applying anti-hypertensive medication was analyzed by laying emphasis on inconsistent administration of drugs with Guidelines.Results：7 categories of anti-hypertensive drugs were mainly administered with 36 subtypes.The most frequently used drug wasβ-blocker and calcium antagonist,respectively.When the monotherapy was ineffective,the combination therapy was applied.The frequency of adverse drug reaction was low.Conclusion：Individual therapy is performed for hypertensive patients over 75 years old.The usage of hypertensive treatment in our hospital is reasonable.
