摘 要:神农大剧院外壳钢结构根据连接部位的不同特点分别采用了焊接鼓形节点(A型)、铸钢节点(B型)、矩形钢管(内带加劲板)焊接节点(C型)、矩形钢管直接相贯焊节点(D型)及圆形钢管直接相贯焊节点(E型)等多种节点形式,其中A,B及C型节点连接杆件较多(最多达十几根),空间交汇关系复杂且受力较大。重点介绍了A,B及C型节点的设计及构造。对各型节点均进行了弹塑性节点分析,总结了各型节点的受力性能特点及试验研究结果,并对其安全性进行了评价。Such a variety of joints have been applied in Shennong Theatre as the welded steel drum-shaped joint(type A),the cast steel joint(type B),the welded rectangle steel tube joint with rib stiffeners(type C),the welded rectangle steel tube joint without rib stiffeners(type D),and the welded steel circular tube joint without rib stiffeners(type E).Among them,type A,type B,and type C joints have relatively more members to be connected sophisticatedly and subject to larger loads.The design and the technique controls of these three types of joints were introduced.Nonlinear analysis had been carried out on the performances of these joints under the design loads or beyond.Experimental results were summarized.The safety levels of these three types of joints had been investigated.
