摘　　要：目的探讨骨质疏松(OP)性脊椎骨折危险因素,为OP防治提供依据。方法确诊为OP性脊椎骨折患者302例为病例组,268例非OP患者为对照组,自编问卷调查,并用logistic统计方法进行分析。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示婚姻状况、年龄、文化程度、动物蛋白摄入情况和工作类型与OP有关(均P<0.05)。结论 OP受多种因素的影响,可从饮食、体育锻炼等多方面进行干预,降低OP发病的危险性。老年人更应注意OP的预防。[ Objective ] To investigate the risk factors of osteoporotic （ OP ） vertebral fracture in Shenzhen, and provide scientific basis for prevention of osteoporotic fracture. [ Methods] A total of 302 cases of OP vertebral fracture were recruited as case group, 268 individuals without OP vertebral fracture as control group. Self-designed questionnaire was used for investigation, and the results were analyzed by logistic regression. [ Results ] Multivariate logistic analysis showed the marriage status, age, level of education, animal protein intake, type of work might be risk factors of osteoporotic vertebral fracture （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclision] OP fracture is affected by many factors,the appropriate measures can concentrate on diet, exericise and other aspects to reduce the incidence of OP fracture. Elderly people should pay more attention to the prevemion of OP fracture.
