摘  要:目的使用改进的依地酸(EDTA)滴定法测定各类补钙产品中的钙含量。方法样品采用干法消化,改进的EDTA滴定法测定;同时与湿法消解,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定结果进行比较。结果方法相对标准偏差为0.84%~2.34%,标准参考物测定值均在规定范围内。2种方法测定20种样品的结果,经t检验,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论改进的EDTA滴定法用于测定钙含量高低不等的补钙产品,结果准确,操作简单且无污染,能满足各类补钙产品中钙测定的要求。[ Objective ] To use the improved EDTA titration method for the determination of calcium in calcium products. [ Methods] By dry digestion, samples were determined by improved EDTA titration method. The results were compared with simultaneous determination results by wet digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method. [ Results ] The relative standard deviation was 0. 84% -2.34%, standard reference material of the measured values was within specified limits. Two methods for the determination of 20 kinds of samples the results, tested by t test, all P 〉 0.05, showed no significant difference. [ Conclusion ] The results of improved EDTA titration method for the determination of high and low calcium content of calcium products are accurate, easy to operate, pollution-free, able to meet the requirements of the determination of calcium in various types of calcium products
