摘　　要：目的了解上海市闵行区社区卫生服务机构应急处置资源现状,找出存在问题及提出对策以提高社区卫生服务机构应急处置能力。方法采用发放问卷调查表格的方式对辖区内12家社区卫生服务机构应急处置资源进行调查。结果 12家社区卫生服务机构中,参与应急处置的人员共120人,其中男48人,女72人;以本科学历为主,占51.67%;职称以初级为主,占85.83%;参加市级及以上培圳的只有6.67%。应急处置资源配置齐全,但仍存在应急处置物资中未标明生产和有效期以及有超过有效期的物品。结论该区社区卫生服务机构应合理配置应急处置资源,提升应急队员综合素质,提高社区卫生服务机构突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力。[ Objective ] To understand the current situation of emergency resources in community health service institutions of Minhang District in Shanghai, find out the existing problems and put forward countermeasures, and enhance the emergency response ability of community health service institutions. [ Methods ] The emergency resources in 12 community health service institutions of Minhang District were investigated with questionnaire. [ Results] In 12 community health service institutions, a total of 120 workers were engaged in emergency response, including 48 males and 72 females. 51.67% of workers got a bachelor＇s degree, 85.83% had primary professional title, and only 6.67% had attended the training at city-level or over. All institutions had a complete configuration, but there still existed some problems, such as emergency supplies without manufacture date or validity date, and materi- als over the period of validity. [ Conclusion ] The community health service institutions should distribute the emergency resources reasonably, and enhance the comprehensive quality of emergency team, so as to improve the response ability to emergency public health events.
