2012年1—6月延安市宝塔区腮腺炎发病分析与中医辩治

摘　　要：目的通过了解延安市宝塔区流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对延安市宝塔区2012年1—6月腮腺炎疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析,并结合中医学进行辨证治疗。结果 2012年1—6月延安市宝塔区共报告腮腺炎病例204例,报告发病率为35.35/10万,比2011年上升了32.55/10万。发病主要分布在城乡接合部的南市办事处(31.37%)和宝塔办事处(25%);以学生和幼托儿童为主,占病例总数的89.71%,其中免疫规划目标儿童占90.20%;有免疫史、无免疫史、免疫史不详分别占64.22%、18.36%、17.16%。结论加强流动儿童管理和含腮腺炎成分的疫苗接种工作以及疫苗冷链管理工作,提高易感人群的免疫水平,提高接种医生的预防接种操作技能,对降低市区腮腺炎发病水平能够起到一定的效果,从根本上减少腮腺炎的发病。可采用中医中药对腮腺炎进行预防和治疗。[ Objective ] To understand the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Baota District of Yanan City, provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and control strategies. [ Methods ] The epidemic data of mumps in Baota District of Yanan City during January-June 2012 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiology method, and the patients were treated by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. [ Results ] A total of 204 mumps cases were reported in Baota District of Yanan City during January-June 2012, and the reported incidence rate was 35.35/lakh, which was increased by 32.55/lakh as compared with that of 2011. Most of cases occurred in rural-urban fringe zone, which the Nanshi agency accounted for 31.37% and Baota a- gency accounted for 25%. 89.71% of patients were students and kindergarten children, and the targeted children of immune pro- gramming accounted for 90.20%. 64.22% of patients had immunization history, while the patients had no immunization history and unknown history accounted for 8.36% and 17.16% respectively. [ Conclusion] Strengthening the management of migrant chil- dren, mumps vaccination and vaccine cold chain management, improving the immune level of the susceptible population, and en- hancing the operation skills of vaccination doctors can reduce the incidence rate of mumps in urban area. The traditional Chinese medicine can be used in the prevention and treatment of mumps.
