摘  要:目的:了解烧伤合并海水浸泡动物细菌感染的特点。方法:制作兔烧伤动物感染实验模型并分成对照组和实验组。实验组致伤后放海水浸泡20 min,对照组致伤后不浸泡。用手工法和全自动微生物分析仪进行细菌学鉴定,用微生物动态快速测定系统检测血浆内毒素含量,全血白细胞数用显微镜计数法。结果:实验组与对照组相比,12 h后细菌数量显著增加,主要细菌有大肠埃希菌、副溶血弧菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;血培养有副溶血弧菌和大肠埃希菌生长;血白细胞和内毒素检测结果比单纯烧伤组高。结论:动物烧伤合并海水浸泡后可导致多种细菌混合感染,比单纯烧伤组感染时间提前,感染程度加重。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of bacterial infection due to burn and seawater immersion in rabbits.Methods: Burn models of rabbits were made and divided into two groups randomly: control group and experimental group.The rabbits in experimental group were immersed into seawater for 20 minutes after burn,while those in control group were not.The bacteria identification was done manually and by VITEK Auto Microbe System.Plasma endotoxin was detected by Microbiology Kinetic Rapid Reader MB-80.White blood cell count was measured by microscope counting method.Results: Compared with the control groups,the amount of bacteria in experimental groups increased obviously after 12h of burn.The main bacteria included Escherichia coli,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Staphylococcus aureus.Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Escherichia coli also can be found in the blood.The amount of endotoxin and white blood cell count also increased.Conclusion: Severe bacterial infection may develop after burn with seawater immersion.
