1366例O型孕妇ABO血型抗体效价检测分析

摘　　要：目的:了解丽水地区的孕妇血型抗体效价异常在孕妇中所占比率及临床意义。及早防治ABO血型不合引起胎儿及新生儿溶血的发生。方法:用微柱凝胶卡式法进行IgG抗A或抗B的ABO血型抗体效价检测。结果:1366例孕妇中,血清效价大于等于1∶64者有643例,异常检出率为47.07%。结论:在产前保健孕妇中进行ABO血型抗体效价检测,有助于及早发现异常、及时治疗,可减少由于母婴血型不合引起的溶血疾病的发生,提高人口素质。Objective：To study the clinical significances and rate of maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility in pregnant women in Lishui,so as to early take measures for prevention and treatment of fetal and neonatal hemolysis.Methods： The IgG anti-A（B） of the ABO blood group antibody titer was detected by microcolumn gel immunology assay.Results： There were 643 cases with the serum titer≥1∶ 64 in 1366 pregnant women.The abnormal rate was 47.07%.Conclusion： The ABO blood group antibody titers detection in pregnant women is effective for early finding and treatment of HDN,in order to decrease the prevalence rate of haemolytic disease of the newborn and improve population quality.
