摘  要:目的:了解昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员艾滋病(HIV)、梅毒(TP)和丙肝(HCV)感染及相关行为。方法:2011年6月采用连续抽样的方法,进行问卷调查及HIV、TP和HCV血清学检测。结果:调查1430名从业人员,共检出HIV感染者1例,感染率为0.14%;TP感染者1例,感染率为0.07%,HCV感染者2例,感染率为0.14%。40岁以下年龄的HIV、TP、HCV感染率最高,该人群对艾滋病传播途径知晓率较低,安全套的使用率比较低。结论:食品、公共场所从业人员是艾滋病、梅毒及丙肝的易感高发人群,对其进行实验室常规的血清学检测外,应把HIV、TP、HCV三项血清学监测,纳入国家规定的从业人员健康体检必检项目,以便及时发现传染源,有效预防和控制艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝的感染、发生和流行。Objective:To know the infection situation of HIV,TP and HCV and associated behaviors in employees engaged in food industry and public places in Changping district.Methods: In June of 2011,questionnaire investigation and serological test of HIV,TP and HCV were carried out among employees by continuous sampling from food industry and public places.Results: A total of 1430 employees were involved in this investigation,there was 1 HIV positive case(0.14%),1 TP positive case(0.07%),2 HCV positive cases(0.14%).The infection rates of HIV,TP and HCV were the highest in population under 40 years old,due to low awareness rate of HIV spread route and low usage rate of condom.Conclusion: Employees in food industry and public places were the high-risk population of HIV,TP and HCV.Therefore,in addition to routine serological examination,the serological monitoring on HIV,TP and HCV should be taken as the necessary measure to timely discover the source of infection,effectively prevent and control the occurrence and prevalence of HIV,TP and HCV.
