依达拉奉对额叶对冲性脑挫裂伤的疗效体会

摘　　要：目的观察依达拉奉注射液对额叶对冲性脑挫裂伤预后的影响,探讨其应用于额叶对冲性脑挫裂伤患者后在减轻脑水肿,保护神经细胞等方面的作用。方法将在常规治疗基础上加用依达拉奉注射液的额叶对冲性脑挫裂伤患者治疗组(64例)作为治疗组,与只进行常规治疗的额叶对冲性脑挫裂伤患者对照组(56例)作对照.通过比较格拉斯哥昏迷量表〔GCS)评分、格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评分和病死率,判断分析依达拉奉注射液对额叶对冲性脑挫裂伤预后的效果。结果 1年后GOS的比较:治疗组恢复良好和中残的病例是总数的100%,对照组为80.36%,两者比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉在额叶对冲性脑挫裂伤中有能减轻脑损伤,促进脑功能恢复,降低病死率,改善预后的作用。Objective To observe the effect on the prognosis of Edaravone injection on contrecoup injury in frontal lobe, and explore its application in patients with contrecoup injury in frontal lobe after cerebral contusion and cerebral edema, protecting the role of nerve cells. Methods In conventional therapy plus Edaravone injection of contrecoup injury in frontal lobe treatment group （64 cases） as the treatment group, with only routine treatment of contrecoup injury in frontal lobe washed patient control group （56 cases） as control, by comparing the Glasgow Coma Scale （GCS） score, Glasgow Outcome Scale （GOS） score and mortality, to judge Edaravone injection on contrecoup injury in frontal lobe prognostic effect. Results 1 year after the comparison of GOS ： good recovery, and in the treatment group disability cases is 100% , 80.36% in the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Edaravone hedge in the contrecoup injury of frontal lobe can reduce brain damage, promote recovery of brain function , reduce mortality and improve the prognosis role.
