摘　　要：目的探讨局麻下乳腺肿物切除送组织钼靶检查患者的心理情况。方法对68例局麻下乳腺肿物切除手术过程中需将取出的组织进行钼靶检查的患者的心理特征,进行心理疏导及护理干预。结果适当的心理护理使患者的焦虑、抑郁、恐俱等心理明显减轻。结论通过对患者术中存在的心理问题,实施适当的心理护理能够缓解乳腺肿物切除送组织钼靶检查患者的心理焦虑状态,保持病人的血压、心率平稳,使手术顺利进行。Objective To explore the mentality of patients with breast tumor excision under local anesthesia and mammography. Methods 68 cases with breast tumor excision under local anesthesia and mammography were given psychological counseling and nursing intervention. Results Appropriate psychological care significantly reduced anxiety, depression and fear in patients. Conclusions Appropriate psychological care can relieve the anxiety of patients with breast tumor excision under local anesthesia and mammography, maintain the patient＇s blood pressure and heart rate steady, and help the surgery success.
