摘　　要：网上聊天可以交流思想 ,也可以使某些具有分支机构的公司的员工跨区域进行实时的沟通。这里采用了面向对象的方法 ,设计和实现一个即时消息协议(IMP) ,并讨论了网络协议的设计和程序架构的实现。With the development and popularization of Internet, many applications is emerged on WWW, Chat over the network is one of this applications, and at the same time, Using this application, Employees in a world wide company can exchange with each other easily. It is meaningful to design a chat server that can be encrypted and extended. Using object orient analysis, We design and implement instance message protocol, and we also discuss our network protocol and program frame.
