摘　　要：随着我国经济的高速发展,环境问题日益突出。能源电力企业作为环境保护的责任主体,亟待借鉴国外企业先进经验,提高自身环保管理水平。通过对比分析国外知名能源及电力企业的环境管理案例,研究其环境管理的模式及特点,分析了国外电力企业应对各种环境问题的管理措施;针对我国能源电力企业环境管理存在的突出问题,提出了相关建议,以此为国内相关企业环境管理工作者提供参考与借鉴。With Chinas rapid economic development,environmental issues have become increasingly prominent. Energy and electricity companies are the major forces in environmental protection ,and their environmental man- agement needs to be improved. In this paper, we compare and analysis environmental management of foreign well- known energy and power companies,study the patterns and characteristics of its＇environmental manage- ment,and analysis measures to cope with various environmental issues. Some suggestions for the outstanding problems of Chinas energy power corporate environmental management are provided,which provide information and reference for domestic enterprises.
