摘  要:采用微波干燥法制备了3V5Mn5Ce/TiO2催化剂,考察了催化剂的脱硝活性及内外扩散对脱硝反应的影响,通过计算得出反应速率常数和反应活化能。结果表明:催化剂粒径小于0.38mm,空速不大于30000h-1时,内外扩散的影响可忽略不计;3V5Mn5Ce/TiO2催化剂的SCR反应为一级反应,反应速率常数为5.11L/(g.min),活化能为50.94 kJ/mol。SCR catalysts of 3VSMnSCe/TiO2 were prepared by microwave drying. The effects on reaction of inter- nal and external diffusion and catalytic activity were studied. Reaction rate constant and activation energy were calculated. The results showed that effects of internal and external diffusion could be neglected, when particle size was less than 0.38mm and space velocity was not more than 30000 h I;SCR reaction on 3VSMnSCe/TiO, was first -order reaction, reaction rate constant was 5.1! L/( g · min ) and activation energy was 50.94 kJ/mol.
