Glypican-3和Glypican-6在巨大儿胎盘组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测Glypican-3和Glypican-6在巨大儿胎盘组织中表达,探讨其与巨大儿发病的关系。方法采集216例正常新生儿胎盘组织,153例巨大儿胎盘组织作为研究对象,采用RT-PCR和Western Blot方法,分别从mRNA水平和蛋白水平检测Glypican-3和Glypican-6的表达,统计学分析差异。结果 Glypican-3无论在mRNA水平还是蛋白水平,巨大儿组都稍低于正常新生儿组,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Glypican-6在两组间无统计学差异。结论胎盘组织中Glypican-3水平的变化可能与巨大儿的发生有关。Objective： To measure the expression of Glypican-3 and Glypican-6 in the placenta of macrosomia and investigate their role in the pathogenesis of macrosomia.Methods： MRNA and protein of Glypican-3 and Glypican-6 were measured by RT-PCR and Western blot in placenta tissues of 216 cases of normal birth weight neonate and 153 cases of macrosomia.Differences were statistically compared between these two groups.Results： The expression of Glypican-3 was slightly lower in macrosomia than that of normal birth weight neonate,there were significantly different between them（P0.05）.No significance difference of Glypican-6 between the two groups.Conclusion： The changes of expressional levels of Glypican-3 may be related to the occurrence of macrosomia.
