血清孕酮、HCG联合检测在早期先兆流产中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清孕酮与β-HCG联合检测在早期先兆流产治疗中的临床诊断意义。方法采用化学发光法对326例孕期在4～6w的早孕者中进行血清孕酮、HCG进行检测。结果先兆流产组的血清孕酮、HCG值与正常组比较有显著性意义(P<0.001);流产组血清孕酮、HCG值显著低于先兆流产组(P<0.001)。结论联合检测妊娠4～6w早孕者的血清孕酮、HCG值对于妊娠结局的预测及指导治疗具有一定的临床诊断意义。Objective： To study the serum progesterone and beta HCG joint test early in the treatment of threatening miscarriage clinical diagnostic.Methods： The method of chemical luminescence in 326 cases of pregnancy in 4 ~ 6w the results of serum progesterone,HCG testing.Results： Threatening miscarriage group of serum progesterone,HCG value and the normal group is significant（P0.001）;Abortion groups serum progesterone,HCG value significantly lower than threatening miscarriage group（P0.001）.Conclusion： Combined to detect pregnancy 4 ~ 6 w the results of serum progesterone,HCG value for the pregnancy outcome the prediction and guide therapy has certain clinical diagnostic.
