单纯单脐动脉与小于胎龄儿关系的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯单脐动脉(SUA)与小于胎龄儿(SGA)的关系。方法计算机检索1998～2012年Pubmed、ELSEVIER数据库、中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据资源系统、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)和文献追溯的方法,收集国内外公开发表的有关单纯单脐动脉与小于胎龄儿关系的病例对照研究相关文献。应用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果将8个研究结果加权合并,累计单纯单脐动脉病例1437例,其中小于胎龄儿268例,占18.6%;累计对照229 704例,其中小于胎龄儿21 682例,占9.4%;合并OR=2.13(95%CI:1.47～3.07)。结论单纯单脐动脉与小于胎龄儿发生有显著关联。Objective： To discuss the relationship between isolated single umbilical artery（SUA） and small for gestational age（SGA）.Methods：We searched case-control literatures about the relationship between isolated SUA and SGA in PUBMED,ELSEVIER,CNKI,VIP,and WAN FANG database,which were published form 1998-2012.The Cochrane Collaboration′s software RevMan 4.2 was used to analyze them.Results：Results of 8 studies were weighted.A total of 1437 cases and 229 704 controls were collected.The rate of SGA in the cases and controls was 18.6% and 9.4% respectively.The odds ratio was 2.13（95%CI： 1.47~3.07）.Conclusion：Isolated single umbilical artery is associated with the incidence of SGA.
