北京市城区162例婚前人群医学检查转诊病例分析

摘　　要：目的针对发现影响婚育疾病,明确诊断做好婚育指导。方法对2003年～2011年在北京市西城区妇幼保健所进行的婚前医学检查并转诊的162例病例进行汇总、追访和分析。结果性病、传染病、遗传性疾病、生殖器疾病分别占转诊病例的40.12%、17.28%、12.96%和11.73%,内科疾病及其它疾病占16.04%。结论加强婚前体检,重视性病、传染病、遗传病等疾病的检查,确保配偶和后代健康。Objective： To find the diseases that influenced marrying and pregnancy,so as to provide diagnosis and marital and fertility instructions.Methods： Collected and analysed 162 referrals in premarital medical examination in Xicheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing in a period from 2003 to 2011.Results： The diseases of referrals were venereal disease（40.12%）,infectious diseases（17.28%）,hereditary diseases（12.96%）,genital diseases（11.73%）,medical diseases and other diseases（16.04%）.Conclusion： Strengthening premarital medical examination,and paying attention to the examination of venereal disease,infectious disease,hereditary disease and so on to guarantee the health of the partners and children.
