摘 要:选聘大学生到村任职制度是国家鼓励具有高学历同时又热衷于新农村建设的志愿者到农村基层任职的政策。一方面该政策有利于解决高校就业难的问题,也为农村建设输入了新鲜血液,带入了活力,可以说是利国又利民。另一方面,在村官到村任职过程中也不可避免的出现了一些弊端,比如缺乏大学生村官管理制度的配套细则等。笔者对通过以上问题的分析,对我国大学生村官队伍建设提出了建议,以期有利于我国的大学生村官制度建设。To solve the so-called three rural issues as well as the low employment rate of college graduates, we are in great need of volunteers who are well-educated and devoted to the new rural construction. The central government has therefore adopted the system of selecting and employing college graduates as officials working in the countryside. Obviously, employing college students as village officials will lead to a win-win situation which benefits both the country and the people. But actually, in some places, the graduates who have been employed do not work in the villages concerned. What is more, the required detailed village official management system hasn't come into being. Having studied and analyzed these problems, I'd like to present my personal views on how to improve and even perfect the system of employing village officials.
