药物治疗下肢感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤术后的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸沙格雷酯,治疗下肢感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤,瘤体切除及动脉结扎术后的疗效。方法:将2006年1月至2010年12月,行下肢感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤术后32例患者的38条患肢,随机分成两组,治疗组17例给予盐酸沙格雷酯100 mg,3次/d,口服;对照组15例给予阿司匹林肠溶片25 mg,3次/d,治疗6个月后统计疗效。结果:治疗组中疗效明显的有5条下肢,占25%;症状有改善的12条,总体有效率85%;没有变化的2条,1例因患者复发毒瘾死亡而中止治疗。对照组中4条症状有改善,其余没有变化。治疗组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主诉没有明显的不良反应。结论:盐酸沙格雷酯用于感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤瘤体切除及动脉结扎术后的治疗,安全有效、服用方便。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sarpogrelate hydrochloride in treating transmissibility pseudoaneurysm of the arteria femoralis after their resecting and arterial ligation.Methods：Thirty-two cases of transmissibility pseudoaneurysm from January 2006 60 December 2010,（38 suffered legs）were divided randomly into 2 groups.seventeen patients were given sarpogrelate hydrochloride 100 mg tid.The rest of the patients were given aspirin enteric coated tablet 25 mg tid.Treatment continued for 6 months.Results：In the treatment group,significant efficacy was found in 5 legs（25%）and the conditions were better than those before treatment in 12 legs with a total clinical effective rat of 85%.There was no improvement in 2 legs.One case stopped to treat due to dead by recue drug addiction.The symptoms were improved in 4 legs in the control group and the rest patients had no improvement.The adverse reactions were mild.Conclusion：Sarpogrelate hydrochloride is a safe,effective and convenient drug in the treatment of transmissibility pseudoaneurysm of the arteria femoralis after their resecting and arterial ligation.
