摘　　要：高校基建项目投资大、影响范围广,选择合理、高效的基建管理模式至关重要。目前高校基本建设常用的管理模式有三种,即自管模式、共管模式及代建模式。通过对三种管理模式的深入分析,使业主较容易掌握如何选择最合适的基建管理模式,提高业主在项目建设中的主动性。With the large investment on university construction and its huge influence, selecting the most rational and efficient management model is the key to the success of the work. There are mainly three university capital construction management models, namely, self-management model, co-management model, and deputy construction mechanism. Through the deep analysis of the three models, proprietors are easily to adopt the most suitable capital project management model, which could help to improve the initiatives of proprietors.
