摘　　要：构建公共工程质量管理的博弈模型,探讨提高公共工程质量的对策。结论表明:为了提高公共工程质量,同时减少政策执行的阻力,应该做好公共工程的预算,同时落实对监理单位失职的惩罚力度。Sets up a game theoretical model for quality management of public projects and explores some counter- measures to improve the quality of public projects. The result shows that, aiming to improve the qualities of public projects and smooth the resistance in the rules implementation, we should carefully dispose the budget of public projects and carry on the punishments on the supervisors if they neglect their duties.
