针刺单穴、多穴对重度原发性痛经患者镇痛效应的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较针刺单穴、多穴对重度原发性痛经患者的镇痛效应。方法:选取重度原发性痛经患者78例,随机分为单穴(十七椎穴)组34例和多穴(十七椎、次髎、地机、三阴交穴)组44例。观察针刺前后两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)随时间的变化,并比较之间的差异。结果:针刺5 min后,两组VAS读数均开始明显降低;两组3个月经周期针刺前即时VAS读数均逐渐下降,与第1月经周期比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);在第1月经周期起针后60 min,在第2月经周期起针后120 min多穴组与单穴组比较,VAS读数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各时间点VAS读数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺单穴和多穴治疗重度原发性痛经都有明显的即刻镇痛效应,且该效应具有临床意义。针刺单穴、多穴治疗重度原发性痛经,均具有累积镇痛效应。针刺治疗重度原发性痛经可单取十七椎穴。Objective：To compare the pain relieving effect in the treatment of severe primary dysmenorrhea by pricking Single - point and Multi - point. Methods： 78 patients of severe primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two different groups. Single - Point group E Shiqizhui （ EX - B8 ） ~ included 34 patients, and Multi - Point group E Shiqizhui （ EX - B8 ）, Ciliao （ BL32）, Diji （ SP8 ）, Sanyinjiao （ SP6 ） ] included 44 patients. To ob- serve the changes of pain visual analogue scale（VAS） with time of two groups before and after acupuncture and to compare the differences between two groups. Results：VAS values of the three treatment cycles were signifi candy reduced after 5 - minute needling. VAS values of the three treatment cycles before the first acupuncture treatment were gradually reduced. Compared with the first menstrual cycle, VAS values of the second and the third cycles had significant differences （P 〈0.01 ） dysmenorrhea by pricking Single - Point and Multi ~ The pain relieving effect in the treatment of severe primary - Point had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conelusion： Sing - Point and Multi - Point can both significantly reduce the pain of primary dysmenorrhea in clinic. Multi- point has apparent analgesia on severe primary dysmenorrhea and the effect is cumulative. The pain re- lieving effect in the treatment of severe primary dysmenorrhea by pricking Single - Point and Multi - Point has no significant differences.
