针刺对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠外周血清IL-1β、IL-6表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺百会和足三里穴对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠外周血清不同时间点白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)表达的干预作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和针刺组3个大组,每大组再按再灌注后时间分为12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h和144 h等6个亚组,每亚组8只大鼠;另设正常对照组8只。以大脑中动脉线栓法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,用酶联免疫吸附测定法测各组大鼠外周血清IL-1β、IL-6的表达。结果:IL-1β在针刺组表达强度低于模型组,以24 h组和96 h组最显著(P<0.05);IL-6在针刺组的表达低于模型组和假手术组,其中24 h和48 h组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺百会和足三里穴可抑制脑缺血损伤早期炎症反应,延缓组织损伤。Objective：To explore the influence of acupuncture points of Baihui（DU20）and Zusanli（ST36）on the expression of IL-1β,IL-6 in peripheral serum of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury（CIRI）. Methods：SD rats were divided into sham-operation group,model group and acupuncture group randomly,each group further divided into 12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 144 h six time-points according to the reperfusion time,eight rats in each time-point and normal group.CIRI model was established by using right middle cerebral artery occlusion（MCAO）and reperfusion. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used for inspecting the expression of IL-1β and IL-6 in peripheral serum in each group. Results：The expression of IL-1β in acupuncture group was lower than that in the model group,24 h group and 96h group were the most significant（P0.05）;The expression of IL-6 in acupuncture group was lower than that in the model group and sham-operation group,24 h group and 48h group were the most significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncturing DU20 and ST36 may inhibit inflammatory reaction in early cerebral ischemia injury,delaying tissue damage.
