摘　　要：目的探讨自体软骨移植在单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形整复中的应用。方法术前对患者鼻翼软骨、鼻中隔软骨等亚细结构的发育状况进行分析,在充分解剖复位的基础上,采用自体软骨植入等方法,重塑鼻部形态。结果本组单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形患者14例,通过自体软骨移植矫正,随访6个月～1年,外鼻形态持久、满意,移植物无外露、感染等并发症。结论采用自体软骨移植修复单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形,能够获得良好的鼻通气功能和稳定、满意的鼻部形态。Objective To explore the clinical use of autologous cartilage grafting in secondary unilateral cleft lip rhinoplasty. Methods The deformities of nasal subunit such as nasal alar cartilage and cartilage of nasal septum were analyzed preoperation, the nasal cartilage grafting was implanted to reshape the nasal formation on the basis of sufficient anatomic reposition. Results The autologous cartilage grafting was performed in 14 cases of secondary unilateral cleft lip rhinoplasty, no infection and revealation of cartilage were found, the view of noses was improved apparently, the outcome was satisfactory after follow up from 6 months to 1 year. Conclusion The method of using autologous cartilage grafting in secondary unilateral cleft lip rhinoplasty can provide satisfactory nasal ventilation function and appearance.
