摘　　要：为观察和研究湖北钉螺脑神经节的组织学结构,借鉴其他软体动物神经系统石蜡切片的制作方法,采用苏木素-伊红染色法(HE)制作湖北钉螺脑神经节石蜡切片。通过固定、脱水、透明、浸蜡、切片和染色等步骤,制得钉螺脑神经节水久玻片标本,镜下观察,组织结构清晰。Following the method used in other mollusks, the specimen of the Oncomelania hupensis cerebral ganglions was fixed, dehydrated, transparentized, embedded in paraffin, sectioned, and stained with haematoxylin-eosin. The histological structure of the snail cerebral ganglions was clear in the permanent specimen under the microscope.
