温冷复合挤压空心异形腰体的研究

摘　　要：热挤、温挤、冷挤压三种挤压方式各有利弊,但对于一些特定的零件而言,若将这三种挤压方式恰当地组合起来,将产生意想不到的结果并得到良好的技术经济效益。对一个特定的异形空心腰体零件的温挤复合成形工艺及模具设计中的一些技术问题进行了探讨。Hot extrusion, warm extrusion, cold extrusion - three kinds of extrusion methods have each advantages and disadvantages. But for some specific parts, if three extrusion methods properly combine, it will produce the unexpected results and get good technical and economic benefits. The composite forming technology of warm extrusion and some technical questions of the die design for a particular shaped hollow waist parts were discussed.
