摘  要:依据英国标准BS7448,研究了焊条电弧焊(SMAW)和钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)焊接方法对SAF2205双相不锈钢管焊接接头低温CTOD断裂韧度的影响。结果表明,GTAW接头的CTOD值较SMAW接头的高,且几乎接近母材的CTOD值。利用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了这两种方法焊接SAF2205钢管焊接接头的断口微观组织,发现GTAW和SMAW接头均现出"Pop-in"现象,并分析了CTOD值降低的原因。According to the British standard BS7448, crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) at low temperature tests of welded joint of 2205 duplex stainless steel tube was researched by shielded metal arc welding(SMAW) and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). The results show that the CTOD value of GTAW is better than the SMAW joint value, and almost closing to the base material CTOD value. By optical microscope and SEM, the metallographic microstructure of fi'acture of SAF2205 duplex stainless steel tube welded joints was observed by GTAW and SMAW. The results show that the "Pop-in" effect occurs in GTAW welded joints and SMAW joints. And the reasons for the decrease of the CTOD value was analyzed.
