摘　　要：在汽车零部件的生产过程中,通常采用悬挂式点焊机配合气动夹具进行点焊操作。然而由于缺少一种联控装置,经常会造成操作过程中的焊点漏焊现象,从而导致焊接质量不合格。鉴此,设计了一款基于PIC单片机的电阻点焊机与气动夹具联控器,保证了焊点的数量,确保了焊接质量。In the production of auto parts, the spot welding with pneumatic clamp was operated. Due to the lack of a combination control device, it always results in the leakage of welding spots what lead directly to an unqualified welding quality. Based on the reasons above, the combination-controller between resistance spot welding and pneumatic fixture was designed, Based on the technology of PIC MCU, the quantity of welding spots was ensured and then the welding quality improves.
