摘 要:为了改善低碳钢的耐磨性,在其表面等离子堆焊一层铝青铜。对堆焊层的硬度、耐磨性和显微组织,以及界面的结合情况进行分析,研究堆焊工艺参数对堆焊层组织性能的影响规律,以确定最佳堆焊工艺参数。结果表明,当堆焊电流为110A时,堆焊层力学性能达到最佳值,堆焊层的硬度为259HV,磨损量为0.008g,摩擦系数约为0.3,耐磨性最好。这主要得益于此时堆焊层中细小的α-Cu和弥散分布的β′相,它们有效地分散和传递了作用力,提高耐磨性。In order to improve the wear resistance, aluminum-bronze alloy was surfaced on low carbon steel by reverse polarity weak plasma arc method.The hardness, dynamic friction factor and mass loss of the surfacing weld were measured. The mierostmcture of the surfacing weld was studied by optical metaUograghy. The optimal processing parameters would be selected. The results show that the optima surfacing current is 110A, the properties of the surfacing layer is that the hardness is 259HV, the wear extent is 0.0088 g,the fraction factor is 0.3. The properties can contribute to the refining α-Cu and dispersion distribution of second phase β in surfacing layer,which can effectively disperse and transfer force, so the wear resistant improves.
