摘  要:目的探讨姜黄治疗大鼠子宫内膜异位症的治疗机制。方法采用清洁级雌性SD大鼠子宫内膜自体移植法建立模型,建模3 w后,假手术为空白对照组(A组,n=10),模型大鼠随机分为模型组(B组,n=10);孕三烯酮组(C组,n=9);姜黄组(D组,n=9)、各组分别给药3 w后,两脚规测量异位组织的体积、ELISA法检测血清雌二醇(E2)表达量、免疫组织化方学法(SP法)检测异位子宫内膜组织雌激素受体(ER)α、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-3的表达。结果 C、D两组异位组织体积、血清E2、异位内膜ERα、VEGF、MMP-3的表达与B组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),C、D组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论姜黄能降低血清E2表达量、抑制子宫内膜异位组织ERα、VEGF、MMP-3的表达,抑制模型大鼠异位内膜的生长与新生血管的形成,达到治疗的目的。Objective To investigate the mechanism of the Curcuma treatment to endometriosis.Methods The endometriosis model was established in clean female SD rats.After 3 weeks,the model rats were divided into model,gestrinone and Curcuma groups(n = 10).Rats in sham group were selected as control.After 3 weeks of treatment,the volume of ectopic endometrial was measured.Level of E2 was determined by ELISA.Expressions of ERα,VEGF and MMP-3 were determined by immunostaining.Results There were obvious differences in ectopic tissue volume,E2,ERα,VEGF,MMP-3 between treatment groups and model group.There was no difference between gestrinone and Curcuma groups.Conclusions Curcuma can inhibit the ectopic tissue volume,level of E2,expressions of ERα,VEGF and MMP-3,inhibit ectopic endometrium growth and neovascularity and cure endometriosis.
